I tried to write the most useful plugin, but since I'm a novice programmer and don't know how to do it well, the plugin could turn out with errors. Please leave comments with mistakes and tell me what happened, I will be very grateful.
This plugin allows you to issue a fine to the player using the /shtraffplus (amount) command. To pay the fine, you need to hold the regular diamond ore and right-click.

! May contain a huge number of bugs since I'm just learning. Bugs will be fixed in the future!

Install instructions
Transfer the file in the folder to the plugins folder near the server, bugs and not working are possible.
